Yes. Same price wherever you bought your Lumary kit. Your expert installs the kit you have.
How is the price worked out?
By the length of roofline your expert installs, not the length of the box, in steps from 100 to 350 feet. Two-story homes and aluminum track cost more, and both are in your price before you book.
Will you set the lights up in the Lumary app?
Yes. Before your expert leaves, the lights are on your Wi-Fi in the Lumary app and your first scenes are set up on your phone.
Do you cut or join runs to fit my roofline?
Only where the Lumary system is designed for it, following Lumary's instructions. If your kit is shorter than your roofline, your expert lays out the best run with you before anything is mounted.
Does professional installation affect my Lumary warranty?
We install to Lumary's instructions. Warranty terms are set by Lumary, so keep your proof of purchase.
Do you add outlets or electrical work?
No. The lights plug into an existing outdoor outlet. New outlets or circuits are not included.
Can you install Lumary lights on a two-story house?
Yes. Pick two stories when you book so your expert comes with taller ladders and a second pair of hands.
Are Lumary permanent lights the same as permanent Christmas lights?
Yes. They stay on the house all year: warm white for every day, colors for holidays and game days, all from the Lumary app.
Can you do more than one on the same visit?
Yes. Add everything you have and one expert does it all, for one total.
