How it works
- Tell us within 90 days. Something stops working or isn’t right after the visit? Open your request in My Requests and tap Report an issue. Add a photo so we can see it.
- We look at it. Someone from our team reviews what you sent and gets back to you.
- We make it right. That can mean your expert coming back to fix it, a different expert, or money back. It costs you nothing extra.
What it covers
The work your expert did on the visit: the mount, the wiring and connections, and the set-up in your app.
What it doesn’t cover
- A fault in the device itself. The brand’s own warranty covers that.
- Work changed or moved by someone else after the visit.
- Payment made to the expert directly instead of through WiredToWorking.
